We’re celebrating a milestone
1976. Space Mountain opened. Gabe Kotter welcomed us back. Elton John topped the charts. And Tenet Partners launched. We’ve outlasted the VHS tape, the Apple 1 and the 5.25-inch floppy disk. The key to our longevity? Likely a little luck. More likely, our constant search for what’s next, a conviction that change is good and the ability to take real joy in what we do and who we do it with.

Our team
We are a collaborative and curious group of thinkers, builders, creators and dot connectors, as well as readers, runners, bakers, gardeners, rowers and musicians.
A true team with a long history, we take pride in our deep relationships, frequent ability to finish each other’s sentences and great esteem for the depth of each other’s expertise. This collegial nature and long-term view extends to our clients, with whom we’re privileged to have created many iconic brands and powerhouse organizations built for lasting impact.

Hampton Bridwell
Managing Partner, CEO
At his core, Hampton is an explorer, continuously investigating new methods for companies to leverage their brand and identity programs to build business value.
In addition to providing the strategic vision for Tenet, Hampton also oversees client engagements across practice areas, as well as providing clients with business strategy and consultation. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate brand strategy, identity, corporate communications and digital.
A frequent speaker on brand strategy, sustainability and corporate identity issues, Hampton attended Rochester Institute of Technology and holds certificates from Harvard Business School covering entrepreneurship, finance and leading professional service firms.

Beth Flom
Senior Partner, Research & Strategy
With the perspective of 30-years working with companies of all sizes and sectors, Beth brings a passion for finding and telling the story. The story that will help define or redefine an organization in a way that’s both compelling to its customers and vital to achieving its business objectives.
Beth directs research, strategy and editorial for Tenet. An intentional generalist, she has been privileged to work with clients across a range of sectors with diverse business situations and objectives.
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, Beth is also a published author and experienced lecturer, having taught at Marist College.

David Garcia
Senior Partner and Creative Director
David is the creator, designer and builder of Tenet’s creative vision. He roots all of his work in a single question, “What’s the big idea?” to ensure the concept, the story, the strategy—and the design have a clear throughline. David believes design should work—that it’s not enough to create a stunning body of work, but that the work must be usable, practical, appropriate and, most importantly, impactful.
Bringing expertise across corporate identity, digital experiences, print communications and environmental spaces, David has a track record of developing beautiful, practical design solutions with a purpose. His strong commitment to creating distinctive and memorable designs that serve long-term client needs.
Originally from California, David graduated from California College of the Arts in Oakland.

Jessica McHie
Partner, Business Development
Jessica brings a decade of experience to Tenet, helping clients and prospects craft customized plans to solve business challenges and grow their brands. She’s been fortunate to foster relationships with many of the world’s leading brands, showing off the talent and creativity that live within the walls of Tenet. There is no better reward than seeing clients maximize the full potential of their brand to transform their business.
Jessica has helped Tenet foster relationships with clients such as Gore, ASC Engineered Solutions, ACA Group, ACORE Capital, Sourcewell, Voyager Sopris Learning, Toro, Gerber Life Insurance, PDI Healthcare, EnerBank USA, Cadence Bank, APA Publishing, American Physical Therapy Association and Cumberland Mutual, among many others.
Prior to joining the Tenet team, Jessica managed global marketing and business development for Interbrand. She earned Psychology and Spanish degrees, as well as a Masters in Commerce degree, from the University of Virginia.

Senior Partner, Data Science
Kellan is an advanced analytics expert and experienced data scientist with proven analytical acumen, having spent the last 20 years helping companies turn their data into actionable insights.
Kellan brings a wealth of expertise in utilizing machine learning, natural language processing and AI technologies to create strategic and operational advantages. An industry thought leader, Kellan specializes in advanced forecasting, text analytics and predictive modeling.
Kellan’s journey began at Ohio State University, where he completed a degree in Operations Management in less than three years.
