To manage Tenet’s finances effectively, I believe today’s CFO needs to be disruptive, fearless and forward thinking. The business model in the branding industry is constantly changing and what got us here won’t necessarily get us where we want to be.
I’ve been working on the financial side of the marketing and advertising world for 30 years. I have had an impact on helping successful businesses grow by developing and implementing scalable systems, controls, policies and procedures.
Since joining Tenet, I have partnered with Account Services teams to help identify ways to increase both top revenue and bottom line profit by emphasizing accurate SOWs. And I put into place an innovative financial management dashboard that uses charts and graphs with both financial and non-financial data to reveal new insights into agency operations.
I may not deal with clients directly, but I view everyone within Tenet as my client. And my goal is to ensure that they have the tools they need to be successful in managing their client’s business.
